What is PluggSpace?
PluggSpace is a digital marketplace for proxies, VPNs, gaming accounts, and verified digital accounts. Everything is priced in Naira and delivered fast.
How fast is delivery?
Instant-delivery products arrive seconds after payment. Manual-delivery products are typically processed within a few hours by our team.
Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card or bank transfer through Paystack or Korapay, or fund your PluggSpace wallet and pay from your balance. Both gateways are available at checkout and at wallet top-up. All prices are in Naira (NGN).
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy. Generally all sales are final once delivered, but refund requests can be made within 24 hours with valid proof if the product was undelivered or non-functional.
Technical
How do I receive my product?
After payment, log in to your dashboard. Delivered products will appear under "My Purchases" with full login details.
Can I use proxies on multiple devices?
Yes. You can use them on any number of devices, subject to the limits of the package you bought.
Accounts
Will my purchased account stay active?
After delivery you must change the password and secure the account. We do not guarantee continued access if account-platform rules are violated.
What happens if an account stops working?
Open a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase with proof of the issue. We may replace the account or issue a refund at our discretion.
