General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The product was not delivered.
  • The product is proven to be non-functional at the time of delivery.

Claims

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof.

Resolution

If an issue is confirmed, we may:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for misuse, bans, or restrictions resulting from how the user operates the service.
