1. About PluggSpace

PluggSpace is a digital marketplace offering digital products and services, which may include digital accounts, gaming products, gift cards, software and digital services, proxies, VPN-related products, and other digital products.

PluggSpace may also provide digital-development services, including websites, applications and software projects under separate project agreements.

2. Eligibility & Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and using your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and must not use PluggSpace for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or unauthorized activities.

3. Digital Products

Digital products may have specific activation requirements, expiry periods, usage limits, regional restrictions, account requirements or third-party terms.

You are responsible for using purchased products lawfully and in accordance with applicable third-party rules.

Where a product depends on a third-party platform or service, PluggSpace cannot guarantee that the third-party service will remain available, unchanged or unrestricted for the entire expected lifetime of the product.

4. Product Information & Preview

Some products may include public previews, links, descriptions or other information that allows customers to inspect a product before purchase.

A preview does not constitute delivery of private credentials or confidential product information. Private account credentials and other restricted delivery information are provided only after the applicable purchase and fulfillment conditions have been satisfied.

5. Prices, Payments & Wallet

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change from time to time. The applicable price shown at checkout is the price used for that transaction, subject to any clearly stated payment fees or discounts.

PluggSpace may support card payments, bank transfers, dedicated virtual accounts, payment providers and cryptocurrency payment processors.

Payments may be subject to provider verification, processing delays, network fees, provider fees, security checks or reconciliation.

PluggSpace wallet balances are platform balances intended for eligible purchases and services on PluggSpace. They are not bank deposits, savings accounts or investment products.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

Where available, cryptocurrency is accepted solely as a payment method for eligible PluggSpace purchases or wallet funding.

PluggSpace does not provide cryptocurrency investment services, investment advice, guaranteed returns or cryptocurrency investment schemes.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct cryptocurrency, network and payment amount.

Blockchain fees, provider fees, exchange-rate differences, processing delays and network confirmations may affect cryptocurrency transactions.

A cryptocurrency payment is considered successfully received only after the applicable payment provider and PluggSpace systems have verified the payment. A blockchain transaction or payment screenshot alone does not guarantee wallet credit or order fulfillment.

7. Orders & Delivery

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Depending on the product, delivery may be automatic, through a supported delivery channel, or completed manually.

PluggSpace may temporarily hold, review or delay an order where payment verification, fraud checks, product availability, reconciliation or technical issues require additional review.

8. Refunds

Refunds and replacements are governed by the PluggSpace Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Refer & Earn

PluggSpace may operate a referral programme under separate programme rules. Where applicable, eligible referrals may earn rewards according to the rates and conditions displayed by PluggSpace.

Referral rewards may be subject to eligibility requirements, fraud checks, account restrictions and withdrawal requirements.

PluggSpace may withhold, reverse or cancel rewards resulting from fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, manipulation, abuse or other prohibited activity.

10. Hire Us — Digital Solutions

Website, mobile application, software and other custom development work is separate from ordinary marketplace purchases.

Such projects may require a quotation, scope of work, deposit, milestone payments or separate agreement. Project timelines, deliverables, revisions, fees and refunds are governed by the applicable project agreement.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain products, payment methods and services depend on third-party providers. Their availability, policies, restrictions and terms may change.

Where a third-party provider causes an outage, restriction, suspension or termination outside PluggSpace's control, PluggSpace will assess the appropriate customer resolution based on the circumstances and applicable policy.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not use PluggSpace to:

• Commit or facilitate unlawful activity.
• Commit fraud, payment abuse or chargeback abuse.
• Attempt unauthorized access to PluggSpace or another user's account.
• Manipulate referral, wallet, coupon, stock or payment systems.
• Provide false information or impersonate another person.
• Abuse products or third-party services in violation of applicable rules.

13. Account Suspension

PluggSpace may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, payment misuse, security risk, violation of these Terms or conduct that threatens the platform or other users.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, products, payment methods, policies or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
